Own the customer value story. Show enterprise marketers how to use the platform to find winnable audiences, activate with precision, and prove lift. You will build McKinsey-quality strategies and exec-ready presentations for direct B2C strategy. You will also run hands-on experiments and build scalable methodologies (playbooks, frameworks) that will empower Sales and Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
- B2C growth strategy development: use the full market view to recommend where to invest and quantify size of the prize
- Write the growth plan: partner with clients and their agencies to define target audiences, media mix, and messaging themes
- Set the experimentation plan and prove outcomes: translate data into testable hypotheses, measure impact and refine based on results
- Executive storytelling: simplify complex insights and deliver clear presentations to the C- suite
- Thought leadership and enablement: build reusable playbooks that drive results for clients and that Sales and Success can run at scale
Qualifications:
- 7–12 years across consulting, modern media, and/or growth
- Fluent in paid social, programmatic, and/or retail media
- Comfortable in: SQL basics, Looker, Tableau, and/or Sigma
- Strong test-and-learn discipline: control design, lift math, and incrementality concepts
- Portfolio of client-ready decks that show structured thinking, clear strategy, and compelling storytelling
- Expert in Slides and Sheets/Excel; you can model scenarios, calculate lift, and visualize results quickly
- Executive presence with clear, concise writing and presentation
