This is the first hire on our HoldCo strategic operations team—a uniquely entrepreneurial and high-impact role. You’ll work directly with leadership team across strategy, operations, growth, and capital deployment, helping shape the company’s evolution.

You’ll play a critical role in how the company operates and scales: building new capabilities, optimizing portfolio performance, driving firmwide initiatives, and helping architect the long-term structure of the organization. This is not a traditional PE investing role—it is a core investor-operator position: you’ll be deeply involved in M&A and value creation, with expectations extending far beyond deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

·     Shape Firmwide Strategy: Partner directly with the co-CEOs and leadership team to design and drive the long-term strategic agenda—from market positioning to platform architecture to new growth opportunities.

·     Drive Leadership Alignment: Orchestrate high-impact offsites, strategic reviews, and portfolio planning sessions that set direction and unlock clarity across the organization.

·     Architect the Operating System: Build and refine the core mechanisms that keep the company executing at scale—from performance dashboards and operating reviews to strategic resource allocation and capital deployment.

·     Lead Industry Thesis Development: Develop original investment theses, surfacing new sectors and opportunities aligned with the company’s model and capabilities.

·     Execute Special Opportunity Investments: Lead the sourcing, diligence, and execution of select investments in industries not yet covered by existing platform teams—acting as a point person for the cofounders on “new frontier” bets.

·     Partner on Capital Events: Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership on major firm initiatives— including platform exits, structured financings, and equity raises—where strategic and operational judgment are equally critical.

·     Own Mission-Critical Initiatives: Serve as an execution partner to the co-CEOs and COO on high- leverage projects—spanning firm-building, technology enablement, portfolio optimization, and new platform launches.

·     Institutionalize the Playbook: Capture learnings from across the portfolio to build enduring systems, culture, and intellectual capital—enabling scale without bureaucracy.

Position Requirements

·     Management consulting experience, Private equity investing experience, and Strong ethos alignment.

·     Past operating or entrepreneurship experience is a plus.
