We are seeking two Senior Consultants experienced in Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) to support large-scale container platform initiatives. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in OpenShift virtualization and infrastructure, with the ability to design, deploy, and manage OCP environments across hybrid infrastructures. This role offers remote flexibility with occasional travel to Ohio as needed. This engagement is approximately 1,760 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) environments.
• Design and manage OpenShift infrastructure to support virtualized workloads and containerized applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OCP with existing systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security within OCP clusters.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Support ongoing platform operations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proven experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV).
• Strong background in OpenShift infrastructure design and administration.
• Proficiency with OCP deployment, configuration, and cluster management.
• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-integrated OpenShift environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
