Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ansible for RHEL Senior Consultant to provide expert automation and configuration management support for our Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments. This is a remote position for 480 hours, with potential for extension and candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance.

General Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Ansible automation playbooks, roles, and modules for RHEL systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline system configuration, deployment, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Ansible automation and RHEL configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and automation best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff as needed.
• Document processes, procedures, and automation workflows for team reference and compliance audits.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance
• Extensive experience with Ansible in RHEL environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, scripting (Bash, Python), and configuration management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
