General Summary

We are seeking an experienced Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) Senior Consultant to support a long-term engagement focused on identity, authentication, and access management solutions within Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments. This role is fully remote and expected to be approximately 900 hours in duration. The consultant will provide senior-level expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Red Hat IdM solutions while ensuring security best practices and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) solutions in RHEL environments
• Configure and manage identity services including authentication, authorization, LDAP, Kerberos, and certificate services
• Integrate Red Hat IdM with existing systems and enterprise infrastructure
• Provide troubleshooting and advanced support for IdM-related issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and security standards
• Provide guidance and best practices for identity and access management across environments

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Working knowledge of LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, and PKI/certificate management
• Experience designing and supporting identity and access management solutions
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
