Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) Consultant to provide 320 hours of remote support for a Kubernetes and OpenShift-based environment. This role will focus on the implementation, configuration, and support of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes, with integration into OpenShift, GitOps, and CI/CD workflows. You will work closely with customer teams to support multi-cluster management, automation, and lifecycle operations, while contributing hands-on expertise across OpenShift and GitOps toolchains.

General Responsibilities

• Support deployment and configuration of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (ACM)
• Assist with multi-cluster lifecycle management across OpenShift environments
• Support integration of GitOps and CI/CD workflows within OpenShift
• Collaborate with customer teams to align platform management with operational and security requirements
• Provide hands-on consulting support in a remote, customer-facing role
• Assist with troubleshooting, optimization, and platform best practices
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer as required

Requirements

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM)
• Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD tooling, including:
• Red Hat OpenShift GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Tekton
• GitLab CI and/or GitHub
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes cluster management concepts
• U.S. Citizenship required
