Overview:
We are seeking an OpenShift Bare Metal Senior Consultant to support a Red Hat customer engagement. This is a U.S.-based, fully remote role requiring direct interaction with the customer. The consultant will be involved in troubleshooting sessions, providing technical expertise, and serving as a steady presence on calls. The engagement is approximately 500 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Join and actively contribute to all troubleshooting calls with the customer
- Provide technical support for OpenShift in bare metal environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure, applications, and integrations (not limited strictly to Red Hat products)
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for customer technical challenges
- Remain available and responsive during downtime periods
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, including deployments on bare metal
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure and application layers
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in high-visibility environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Must be US Based
