Responsibilities

As a Senior Intel Analyst, you'll join a team of government, military, and contractor personnel that provides best-in-class electronic warfare (EW) support to the US Navy's Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) and Surveillance platforms. This involves fusing multiple intelligence sources daily into a mission data product engineered to each platform's unique sensors and capabilities.

 

  • Support the production of mission critical data files as a fully integrated member of a dynamic Government production Lab
  • The data files require active quality management and assessment of reported parametric information used to address the identification of the ELINT signal of interest, and the associated function of the observed signal
  • Participate in the development and refresh cycle of the Lab to produce system level Mission Data Libraries used to enable platform systems’ active and passive sensors and countermeasures
  • Analyze and validate national Intelligence data in support of fixed and rotary wing platforms
  • Develop analyst training and reference material
  • Ensure that product and project designs meet the customer’s expectations and are delivered per schedule
  • Evaluate, develop and manage systems level requirements to include analyzing requirements for appropriate decomposition, allocation, and traceability and document the results
  • Development and review of technical documentation (requirements, designs, test procedures, presentations, etc.)
  • Participating in review boards, status meetings, and coordinating with internal/external agencies and customers. The candidate will work within an integrated government/contractor team
  • Working at the customer's site with government personnel to ensure program success


Qualifications

  • This is a Senior level labor category that requires 5 years or more of EW experience
  • - Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT) analysis experience
  • Familiarity with the Combined Emitter Database (CED) and Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.

 

Desired Experience

  • Familiarity with Agile project management (e.g. Sprints and User Stories)
  • Prior experience as a NEC 9141 US Navy Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT) or service equivalent is highly desired

 

EDUCATION

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science related discipline

Allowable Substitution: Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

CLEARANCE – SECRET

Condition of Employment: Applicant must have an active DoD SECRET Clearance. The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
