Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 to support platform deployment, automation, and integration efforts in a secure federal environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in OpenShift on AWS, GitOps (Argo CD), and CI/CD pipeline development, with a strong focus on cluster security for Kubernetes environments. This is a fully remote engagement, approximately 320 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 environments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline containerized application delivery.
• Design and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD for continuous deployment and environment synchronization.
• Ensure robust cluster security and compliance with organizational and federal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability in cloud-based deployments.
• Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Proven experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 deployment and administration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and OpenShift GitOps (Argo CD).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes cluster security and governance best practices.
• Experience deploying and managing OpenShift on AWS
