We’re hiring a Management Analyst to support performance improvement across programs and operations. In this role, you’ll analyze data, identify areas for increased efficiency, and help optimize management practices. You’ll play a key part in developing project documentation, conducting studies, and delivering insights that guide better decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Use analytical techniques to gather and evaluate data that supports project and program decisions.
• Recommend solutions to improve management effectiveness, work processes, resource use, and organizational structures.
• Draft and develop documentation for:
• Milestone tracking
• Progress monitoring
• Financial and acquisition planning
• Quality control, maintenance, and training operations
• Conduct evaluations such as:
• Work measurement and cost studies
• Operational efficiency and workload impact analyses
• Use management information systems to perform data analysis and reporting.
• Work independently on routine tasks, with guidance provided on more advanced efforts.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or qualifying substitution) in business, management, or a related field.
• Experience with process improvement, documentation development, and data-driven decision support.
• Proficiency using management information systems for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Active Secret clearance.
