- Help implement credentialing and access solutions in line with DoD policies and evolving standards
- Train and support TAs across the globe, ensuring they align with identity authentication requirements under DoD Instruction 8520.03
- Use ServiceNow and Outlook-based systems to track issuance of Alternate Tokens and Server Certificates

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (5+ years of relevant experience)
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Certification aligned with DoD 8570/8140 and PKI RA requirements, such as:
-
IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ or similar)
Bonus Skills That Stand Out
While not required, experience with the following will help you hit the ground running:
- Familiarity with DoD Instruction 8520.03
- Experience using ServiceNow for workflow tracking and compliance management
- A solid understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) audit processes and documentation standards
- The ability to support and lead a distributed team of TAs to maintain high standards of identity assurance and access control
