Graphic Designer (Journeyman)

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to help shape how ideas are visually communicated across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. In this role, you’ll bring creative direction to life—designing graphics, editing video, and advising on the most effective ways to reach diverse audiences. Your work will directly support mission-driven communication efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, design, and edit visual content based on broad direction across various formats, including:
• Print materials
• Websites
• Electronic media
• Review drafts and proposals to identify opportunities for graphic or multimedia enhancement.
• Create high-quality visuals and video content for briefings, reports, training materials, and web assets.
• Select and apply the right medium or mix of media to meet specific communication goals.
• Offer creative strategies for tailoring designs to target audiences effectively.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related technical field (or a qualifying substitution).
• Strong design instincts and technical proficiency across print, digital, and video formats.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt visuals to meet a wide range of organizational needs.
• Experience reviewing content for visual impact and multimedia integration
• Active Secret Security Clearance
