Position Summary

We are seeking a Red Hat OpenShift AI Senior Consultant to support a customer engagement focused on application development, modernization, refactoring, testing, and CI/CD pipelines within a Red Hat OpenShift environment.

This is a 100% onsite consulting engagement in Greenville, TX requiring an active Secret clearance at minimum, with TS clearance preferred. The consultant will work directly with the customer to assess and modernize applications, support application refactoring efforts, develop and improve testing processes, and implement or enhance development pipelines.

Experience with AI/ML workloads and OpenShift AI is preferred but not required. The ideal consultant will bring strong application development and modernization experience along with the ability to work hands-on with customers in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support application development and modernization initiatives within a Red Hat OpenShift environment.
• Refactor and modernize existing applications for containerized and cloud-native environments.
• Assess application architectures and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Develop, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support application development and deployment.
• Build and maintain automated testing processes and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and pipeline issues across development and containerized environments.
• Collaborate directly with customer technical teams to understand requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer around application modernization, testing, pipelines, and OpenShift.
• Support the adoption of OpenShift AI and AI-enabled application workflows when applicable.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and recommendations for customer teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Strong experience with application development and/or application modernization.
• Experience with application refactoring in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with application testing and automated testing practices.
• Experience working with Red Hat OpenShift and/or containerized application environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Greenville, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI.
• Experience supporting AI/ML application workloads.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and containerization.
• Experience with Kubernetes and related DevOps tooling.
• Red Hat certifications related to OpenShift or application development.
• Previous experience working as a Red Hat consultant or Red Hat partner consultant.
