Summary

Mount Indie is seeking two Senior Consultants with strong Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) experience to support a customer environment in Charleston, SC. One position is for 900 hours and the other is for 700 hours. This is a hybrid role that is heavily onsite, with limited remote work, so candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Charleston on a regular basis. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) environments.
• Work with OpenShift and virtualization technologies to support mission-critical customer environments.
• Perform platform administration, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support.
• Support virtualization migrations and integration of virtual machine workloads into OpenShift.
• Troubleshoot platform, networking, storage, and virtual machine issues.
• Collaborate with customer teams and other technical consultants to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the customer engagement.



Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV).
• Senior-level experience administering and troubleshooting Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Experience working with virtual machine workloads and virtualization technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting across OpenShift, virtualization, networking, and storage environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Must be comfortable working primarily onsite in Charleston, SC. This is not a mostly remote hybrid position.
