Overview
We are seeking an Ansible for RHEL Senior Consultant to support Red Hat Enterprise Linux automation initiatives. This role will focus on leveraging Ansible Automation Platform and related technologies to develop, implement, and support automation solutions within enterprise Linux environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ansible automation, and enterprise infrastructure management. This consultant will work with customers to improve operational efficiency through automation, configuration management, and standardized deployment practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Ansible for Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows
- Support automation of system configuration, provisioning, patching, and operational tasks
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Ansible automation solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess requirements and implement best practices
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customer teams
- Assist with adoption and integration of Red Hat automation technologies
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible automation
- Experience developing and managing Ansible playbooks and roles
- Experience with Linux system administration and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide customer-facing technical support
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
- Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
- Experience with automation in large-scale enterprise or government environments
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments
