We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect III, Artificial Intelligence (AI) with at least 10 years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable AI solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of full stack software, data, and AI/ML engineers, while also playing a critical hands-on role in architecting, deploying, and managing AI solutions that generate insights and increase the value of data within our customer’s modern data exchange capability. 

 

Must-Have Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience as an AI Architect, Lead, or similar role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. 
  • Expert-level experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure AI solutions in the cloud at IL6+
  • Proficiency in AWS with deep expertise in IL6+ cloud services. 
  • Strong experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions using methods such as generative AI, RAG, NLP, deep learning, and LLMs. 
  • Expert-level experience designing and developing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Hands-on expertise with one or more of the following programming languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript. 
  • Strong experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. 
  • Demonstrated success leading, managing, and mentoring small teams (“two-pizza teams”) of full stack engineers responsible for component implementation, testing, and automated CI/CD. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues. 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 


Nice-to-Have Qualifications 

  • Current certifications that meet DoD 8140/8570 requirements (e.g., Security+ or above). 
  • Experience with low-to-high development models and associated tooling.
