Overview

We are seeking 2 Senior OpenShift Consultants with deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) to support a client focused on automating cluster provisioning in VMware environments. This role is heavily centered on multi-cluster management, automation, and platform scalability, with additional exposure to Advanced Cluster Security (ACS). Consultants will also support ACS enablement efforts, including contributing to delivery materials and knowledge transfer. This is a fully remote engagement, approximately 320 hours with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management (ACM)
• Automate cluster provisioning and lifecycle management in VMware environments
• Configure and manage multi-cluster OpenShift architectures
• Support governance, policy management, and cluster compliance via ACM
• Assist with Advanced Cluster Security (ACS) enablement efforts
• Contribute to documentation and delivery materials
• Support knowledge transfer sessions
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align solutions with operational goals
• Provide troubleshooting and optimization across OpenShift environments

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift, specifically:
• Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) (core requirement)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Experience automating deployments in VMware-based infrastructure
• Ability to design and manage multi-cluster environments
• Strong consulting skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (ACS)
• Familiarity with:
• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Prior experience supporting enablement sessions or training delivery
• Red Hat certifications (especially OpenShift or ACM-related)
