We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect III, Object Exchange with at least 10 years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable data integration solutions. This role will lead a team of full stack software and data engineers, while also playing a critical hands-on role in architecting, deploying, and managing the core data integration platform that enables our customer’s modern data exchange capability.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, Lead, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- Expert-level experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure data integration platforms supporting data/object exchange, enrichment, transformation, versioning, and routing in the cloud at IL6+.
- Proficiency in AWS with deep expertise in IL6+ cloud services.
- Strong background in architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining:
- APIs
- Data persistence solutions
- Data integration and transformation workflows
- Event-driven processing solutions
- Expert-level experience designing and developing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on expertise with one or more of the following programming languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript.
- Demonstrated success leading, managing, and mentoring small teams (“two-pizza teams”) of full stack developers and data engineers, with responsibility for component implementation, testing, and automated CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Relevant AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Developer Associate/Professional).
- Current certifications that meet DoD 8140/8570 requirements (e.g., Security+ or above).
- Experience with low-to-high development models and associated tooling.
