We’re growing fast and looking for a mid-level System Administrator to join our team supporting a key government client. You'll play a hands-on role managing operational processes, coordinating system changes, and helping guide technical team members — all within a fast-paced, 24x7 setting.
This role works a permanent 2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:00PM ET
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage backend file ingestion and processing across Windows and Linux servers
- Respond to user requests for file corrections and data support
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for end users through OPIS (Operational Information System)
- Monitor data transfers within the DCSA network, as well as outgoing transmissions to external agencies
- Assist in the implementation of new IT initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders
- Support new team members by helping them get up to speed with entry-level responsibilities
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and coordinate test efforts with DCSA users
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and policies to support consistent operations
- Keep pace with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and security
- Work a permanent second-shift schedule (2:00 PM–10:00 PM ET)
- Support rotating weekend shifts as part of our 24x7 operations team
What You'll Bring
- Associate’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related area — or equivalent professional experience

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator
- Solid communication skills, especially when supporting end users and coordinating with teams
- Background in helpdesk or technical support environments
Clearance Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance
