  • Collaborate with ML engineers, software developers, and systems integrators to deliver mission-driven solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision, including classical and deep learning approaches.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Bash.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow and AWS Cloud for orchestrating data workflows.
  • Direct work with USVs or similar autonomous platforms such as UAVs, UUVs, or ISR systems.
  • Proficiency in tools like OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Comfort working in Linux environments for development and deployment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with ML Ops, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and retraining workflows.
  • Background working on real-time, latency-sensitive systems—especially in robotics or surveillance.
  • Prior work supporting defense, maritime, or aerospace missions involving autonomy or ISR.

Education Requirements:

  • Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM field plus 6+ years of relevant AI/ML experience in defense or intelligence settings,

OR

  • Bachelor’s in the same fields plus 8+ years of relevant, defense-oriented AI/ML experience.
