Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) Consultant to support a customer engagement focused on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of OpenShift Virtualization environments. This role requires hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization and the ability to work directly with customer environments to deliver technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.

This is a hybrid engagement based in Clinton, Mississippi approximately 231 hours with the potential for extension. The consultant will primarily work remotely, with periodic onsite support required throughout the engagement. Onsite visits will be scheduled collaboratively with the customer and are expected during key phases of the project, including initial engagement, mid-project support, and final closeout activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level consulting support for Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) deployments and configurations.
• Assist with implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of OpenShift Virtualization environments.
• Provide hands-on technical support through customer-provided vendor terminal access.
• Collaborate with customer teams to assess requirements, resolve technical challenges, and provide recommendations.
• Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and project closeout activities.
• Apply Red Hat best practices for OpenShift Virtualization architecture, administration, and operations.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (Container Native Virtualization / CNV).
• Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting OpenShift environments.
• Ability to provide technical consulting and work directly with customer engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and cloud-native platforms.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
