Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary

Role Summary

Our client is a large international law firm looking for a leader who sits between technology and the people who use it. You will run two teams, Audio & Video Services and AI Training, and own how attorneys and business professionals across the firm adopt AI tools.

The role is strategic and people-facing. You will need enough technical depth to evaluate platforms, hold vendors accountable, and earn credibility with IT, while the hands-on work sits with your teams.

Your scope is firmwide. The training team supports every office, and much of it works remotely. You will partner closely with firm leadership, practice groups, HR, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Audio & Video Services and AI Training teams across all firm offices.
• Own the firm's AI adoption strategy, including training, change management, and user enablement for tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and legal AI platforms.
• Design learning programs that help attorneys and business professionals put AI tools to work in their daily practice.
• Oversee collaboration technology, conference rooms, hybrid meetings, and firmwide event support.
• Evaluate and roll out new tools for AI productivity, meeting intelligence, and transcription, and manage the vendors, budgets, and service levels behind them.
• Track adoption, training results, and user experience, and report findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading teams in enterprise information technology environments.
• 7+ years managing, implementing, or supporting enterprise technology solutions.
• A track record leading AI enablement, technology training, digital transformation, or organizational change management.
• Working knowledge of generative AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Harvey, plus Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and modern audio and video environments.
• Familiarity with instructional design, learning management systems, and technology training programs.
• Experience in a law firm, accounting firm, financial services firm, or similar professional services setting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
