About the Opportunity
Our client is a digital marketing agency that operates inside a small AI technology and professional services group. They don't just run campaigns — they build the technology that makes their team more effective. You'll join an environment where performance marketing and AI development happen side by side, and where the right person can contribute to both. Role Summary As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you'll manage paid and organic campaigns for clients while working alongside the team building the AI platforms that support the work. The role is hands-on and execution-focused — you own campaign performance, client relationships, and day-to-day results. You'll also use and help shape internal AI tools that organize priorities, manage client expectations, and improve how the team operates.
What You Will Do
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns to meet client performance objectives.
• Develop and execute organic search deliverables to drive visibility, targeted traffic, and track growth.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for relationship management and campaign execution.
• Use the company's native AI platform to organize work, prioritize tasks, and keep client expectations aligned.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and systems through active use of and feedback on their AI technology.
• Troubleshoot performance issues quickly and execute with a high degree of accuracy.
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with direct, hands-on work in paid search, paid social, or SEO.
• Solid understanding of performance metrics, reporting, and client management in an agency environment.
• Proactive and curious by nature — you move before being asked and figure things out independently.
• Comfortable working with and learning new tools, including AI platforms that are actively evolving.
• Above-average problem-solving ability and cognitive sharpness (Wonderlic assessment is part of the process).
• Strong communication skills and genuine client service orientation.
Why Apply?
This is a rare opportunity to do real performance marketing work while being part of a team actively building AI tools that change how that work gets done. Our client doesn't outsource their technology vision — they invite the right people to help shape it. If you want a role where your contributions to results and to process actually matter, this is worth a conversation. Our client is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
