As a senior member of our Commercial Lines team, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including those in construction, real estate, manufacturing, tech, and professional services. You'll be responsible for evaluating risk exposures, customizing insurance programs, and working with specialty carriers to place complex coverage, including General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, Workers’ Compensation, and Cyber.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of complex commercial insurance accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-sized to large commercial clients across various industries.
- Evaluate client risk profiles and design comprehensive insurance solutions, including program structuring and renewal strategies.
- Proactively market accounts to insurance carriers and specialty brokers, negotiating favorable terms.
- Collaborate with producers and carriers to develop customized coverage strategies for new and renewal business.
- Ensure timely and accurate policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, audits, and billing resolutions.
- Maintain compliance and keep detailed client records in AMS 360 Agency Management system.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance, with a focus on complex P&C risks.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including GL, Property, WC, Auto, Umbrella, E&O, and Cyber.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach.
- Proven success in handling large or complex commercial accounts and interacting with C-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Experience with AMS 360 Agency Management (preferred) or Applied Epic/TAM.
- NJ P&C Insurance license required (CIC, CRM, or CPCU designation a plus).
