Job Title: Project & Contracts Manager

Compensation: Approximately $120,000 annually
Job Overview:
Join a dynamic IT Consulting and Services company with a 30+ year history of delivering high-impact solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. As a Project & Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing both IT and business process projects while ensuring the smooth negotiation, review, and administration of contracts. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent overseeing external and internal projects, with the remaining 20% dedicated to managing contracts.
This is a remote role, though candidates must reside on Long Island, NY. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and contribute to the ongoing success of complex IT and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead IT and business process projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Contracts Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including services, OEM vendor, outsourcing agreements and professional service agreements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and aligning project goals.

Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks in both contracts and projects, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and effectiveness within projects and contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management and contract management roles.
- Strong background in reviewing and managing complex IT contracts, including services, OEM vendor, and outsourcing agreements.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IT project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with contract management software and IT procurement.

Certifications: PMP or other project management certifications a plus, but not mandatory

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
