Job Title: Junior Trade Promotions Auditor (Entry Level)

Location: Broomfield CO (Hybrid 2-3 days at home/in office)

Pay Rate: $21.46/hour

Employment Type: Full-time Contract, 6–12 months

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Promotions Auditor. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and verifying trade promotion contracts, managing complex Excel workbooks, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Review trade promotions in Xtel and confirm contract accuracy.
• Manage and update Excel workbooks with multiple tabs.
• Analyze data and provide accurate, timely updates to management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or currently working toward a degree).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (multi-tab workbook management required).
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bloomfield office and complete an in-person interview.

Schedule & Hiring Process:

• Standard business hours, Monday–Friday.
• One round of onsite interviews.
