LEVEL III – Senior Electrical Engineer (ENG03)

• Openings: 3
• Pay: Up to $80/hr
• Experience Required: 5+ years or 3+ years with Advanced STEM degree
• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline (STEM required)
• Core Focus: Mid-level leadership on design projects, cost/schedule accountability
• Key Skills & Tools:
• Electrical engineering design, analysis, and test
• Analog, digital, or RF system design and integration
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Tools: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
• Project management, proposal support, documentation, presentation
• Responsibilities:
• Lead design and integration of test systems for engineering and production
• Create technical drawings, schematics, and wiring/cabling documentation
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and cost within assigned scope

LEVEL IV – Principal Electrical Engineer (ENG04)

• Openings: 8
• Pay: Up to $91/hr
• Experience Required: 8+ years or 5+ years with Advanced STEM degree
• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline (STEM required)
• Core Focus: Senior-level leadership across projects, system-level design ownership
• Key Skills & Tools:
• Advanced analog/digital/RF circuit design and system integration
• Project leadership, cross-functional team coordination
• Electrical test system development and validation
• Root-cause analysis, process improvement, and mentoring junior engineers
• Software debugging tools, integrated development environments (IDEs)
• Tools: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
• Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle development of test systems from concept through delivery
• Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for project execution
• Ensure design integrity, schedule adherence, and compliance with defense requirements

• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required
• Onsite in Tucson, AZ (no remote option)
• Experience developing or supporting test systems for complex hardware
• Hands-on use of test instruments (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Analyzers)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals in a team setting
