Position: Team Services Manager


Location: Toronto


Start Date/Hours: Monday to Friday – 9 AM to 5 PM


Compensation: 90-100K


About the Role

The real estate industry is evolving, and the growth of teams is a key trend. This role supports our mission to empower real estate teams with the tools, training, and guidance they need to succeed. Reporting to the Director, you will drive team development, deliver value to top producing real estate teams, and help remain at the forefront of innovation


You’ll be instrumental in helping attract, retain, and support real estate teams, ensuring they achieve their highest potential while contributing to our organization’s growth


Responsibilities


Training & Event Management (40%)

  • Plan, manage, and deliver engaging events for real estate teams and top producers, covering emerging trends, best practices, and growth strategies
  • Coordinate training programs for administrative and operational staff to enhance efficiency and support business success
  • Ensure all events are cost-effective while providing maximum value to participants


Team Metrics, Financials & Business Intelligence (20%)

  • Develop training materials on team structures, compensation strategies, and profitability
  • Analyze team metrics and financial benchmarks to identify growth opportunities
  • Produce an annual Teams Dashboard, setting and sharing performance standards


Technology Engagement (15%)

  • Deliver training on proprietary technology tools and help teams integrate them effectively into their workflows
  • Offer guidance on popular third-party tools to help teams choose the best solutions for their needs


Partnerships (15%)

  • Build and strengthen relationships with industry-leading coaches, trainers, and vendors to enhance our offerings
  • Introduce innovative tools and services that address the evolving needs of teams and top producers


Brand Representation & Social Media (10%)

  • Represent our brand at key industry events and conferences
  • Manage a social media presence that highlights our commitment to team success and engages our audience meaningfully


Who You Are

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • An exceptional communicator with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of seeing the big picture
  • Experienced in real estate team operations, with a deep understanding of financial statements and business planning
  • Tech-savvy, particularly with CRM, project management, and digital marketing tools
  • Fluent in English, with French fluency as an asset


What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years in sales, marketing, or product management, with a focus on real estate or entrepreneurial ventures
  • Proven success in managing or operating a medium to large-sized real estate team
  • A university degree or equivalent post-secondary education in business management


Additional Details

  • Flexible hybrid work environment, with 2–3 days a week from home.
  • Occasional travel required
  • A valid driver’s license is essential
