Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a CBT Analyst/Developer opportunity in Richland, WA to support DOE Hanford.

 

Job Description:

Responsibilities include conducting analysis within the operational requirements domain to identify training needs, developing and testing new initiatives, and ensuring alignment between job requirements and organizational objectives.

The Analyst/Developer shall be responsible for identifying training needs via job task analyses and shall develop storyboards and instructional videos formatted for both classroom and operational use for multiple nuclear facility operations positions and Qualification Card program revisions.  It is anticipated that development of CBT will adhere to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) of instructional system design. Subcontractor shall provide:

 

Task 1 – Operations

  • 8 DOE Nuclear Facility Operations Positional Job Task Analyses
  • 40+ Qualification Card program revisions

Task 2 – Maintenance

  • 8 DOE Nuclear Facility Maintenance Positional Job Task Analyses
  • 40+ Qualification Card program revisions

 

Analysts and developers performing work on this scope, through analysis of existing content and collaboration with department SMEs, line management, and job incumbents, shall, for each task listed above:

  • Provide schedule to H2C assigned delegate for approval.
  • Provide Job Task Analyses to identify training needs.
  • Develop, test, and implement Computer Based Training modules.
  • Ensure modules align with job requirements and organizational goals.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree Required

·        No less than 5 years of experience as an instructor and/or instructional analyst/developer within the nuclear industry.

·        Demonstrated experience with application of the ADDIE model, or similar instructional system design, specifically for developing courses for operations positions and personnel.

·        No less than 5 years of experience as an instructional analyst/developer using articulate and/or Storyline software within the nuclear industry.

 

 

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with education and experience and may range between of $125,000 and $ 165,000 annually.
