Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an IT Admin Support opportunity to support the Savannah River Site.

 

Work Location: Greenville, SC         

 

IT Admin Support-

 

The IT Admin Support position provides planning, development, coordination and performance of daily support /operational activities related to a specific Office Services functional area or for multiple, less complex functional areas. They may function as a supervisor or a lead over a less complex project or task within an Office Services functional area(s).

 

Duties:

 

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of a single or combination of assigned Office Services functional area(s).
  • Support the development of and possess an understanding of operational budgets for assigned functional area(s) or projects.
  • Assist in the identification of outside vendors / contractors, contract scope development, and support the analysis of cost estimates.
  • Function as a team leader over a variety of less complex facility and office services related functional and cross-functional projects.
  • Plan, allocate, and evaluate work carried out by assigned teams and individuals.
  • Provide regular feedback and recognition to assigned teams and individuals on their performance.

 

Skills/Experience:

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state / province, and federal /national statutes and guidelines.
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
  • Two (2) years post-qualification experience in primary Office Services related discipline /activity, and one (1) year in a secondary Office Services related activity.

 

Other Requirements:

 

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance
