HALO ITSM CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST (CONTRACT)

£400–£450 per day | Outside IR35 | 9 Months | Hybrid/Remote (Bedford 2 days a month)

We’re looking for 2x experienced Halo ITSM specialists to deliver a high-volume service configuration programme across multiple business units. This is a hands-on BA + configuration role where you’ll own the full lifecycle from discovery through to deployment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running requirements workshops with senior stakeholders
• Translating requirements into Halo service designs (ticket types, workflows, forms)
• Building end-to-end workflows including approvals & conditional logic
• Configuring SLAs, custom fields, portal forms & role-based access
• Delivering API integrations (SharePoint, Azure DevOps, webhooks)
• Managing UAT cycles, feedback, and go-live readiness
• Producing clear service documentation & handover

Key skills required:

• Strong hands-on Halo ITSM configuration experience
• Proven Business Analysis capability (workshops, process mapping, documentation)
• Experience building complex workflows with approvals & automation
• Solid stakeholder engagement across multiple departments
• REST API / integration experience within ITSM platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment

Desirable:

• ITIL knowledge
• PowerShell

This is a delivery-focused role on a live platform with a large pipeline of services and enhancements—ideal for someone who enjoys owning build and design end-to-end.
