We are on the lookout for a driven and dynamic 2nd Line Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an MSP environment to join our high performing team. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration you’ll work 2–3 days per week in our Milton Keynes office with the rest remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional technical support—both remotely and on-site—within a fast-moving MSP environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across O365, VMware, Hyper-V, Watchguard, Microsoft Server OS, TCP/IP networking, N-able RMM,

• Review, update, and escalate logged jobs to ensure clients receive the very best service.

• Follow structured change management processes and meet agreed SLAs.

• Manage and resolve issues relating to Windows 10 and Office 365 Administration & Support.

• Use ticketing systems to accurately record and track incidents and resolutions.

• Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction with quick, clear, and confident communication.

• Provide floorwalking support, ensuring users receive timely, proactive assistance.
