With a £70k base salary, OTE £140k (uncapped), and hybrid working with just 1 day per week (MAX) in the Northampton office, this role is built for ambitious, consultative sellers who know how to win.


💼 The Opportunity

We’re searching for a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate expansion across high-value sectors including commercial real estate, retail, risk, security, estates, and operations. You will lead the full 360 sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, pitching, solution-selling, and closing new business—within a platform ecosystem covering:

  • Incident Management & Critical Event Management
  • Mass Notification
  • Threat Intelligence
  • Risk Insights & Analytics
  • Case Management
  • Audits, Inspections & Compliance Checks
  • Patrol & Task Management
  • Operations & Security Workflow Automation


This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS teams to shape GTM strategy and drive predictable revenue growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research & target high-value prospects across core markets.
  • Lead strategic outbound campaigns using multi-channel outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and deliver compelling discovery sessions & demos.
  • Build persuasive proposals & business cases showcasing platform ROI.
  • Drive pipeline accuracy using a MEDDIC-based sales process.
  • Collaborate on pricing, commercial models, and contract execution.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences & exhibitions.
  • Partner with Product teams to feed in market intelligence & feature insights.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to support accurate forecasting.

💡 Desired Experience

  • Success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally Enterprise or Mid-Market.
  • Background in PropTech, SecurityTech, or Incident/Critical Event Management SaaS.
  • Proven track record of smashing targets.
  • Strong network within security, estates, retail, or property-related sectors.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with relentless commercial drive.
