Engineering Recruiter

Remote | Part-Time/Full-Time | Direct Hire Focus

ECI Talent Partners is looking for a full-cycle Engineering Recruiter to join our team and run a dedicated engineering desk focused on civil, water/wastewater, transportation, and stormwater positions nationwide. This is a fast-moving vertical with dozens of open orders from firms that trust us. You’ll be supported with client access, tools, automation, and direct mentorship to help you source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Run searches across the U.S. for civil engineering firms and infrastructure clients
• Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates for project, design, and leadership roles
• Own candidate relationships from intro to placement
• Write summaries and present qualified candidates directly to hiring managers
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner on strategy and client communication
• Use Loxo, LinkedIn, and AI tools to streamline execution
• Contribute to improving process, candidate flow, and market insights

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (civil engineering/technical preferred)
• Strong communication, hustle, and attention to detail
• Confidence in presenting engineers to hiring managers
• Interest in infrastructure, water, utilities, and public/private project sectors
• Driven to win — and help others win too
