We’re hiring a Building & Construction Materials Recruiter to run a dedicated desk recruiting for manufacturing, sales, and operations roles across the construction products industry. You’ll work with manufacturers and distributors of tools, coatings, concrete, waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, and other specialty building materials — placing territory managers, regional leaders, plant managers, and more. This is a busy and heavily active client vertical, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to dig deep, build relationships, and move quickly.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage searches for sales and operations roles with building product clients
• Engage with candidates across distribution, manufacturing, and construction channels
• Source talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound tools
• Write clean candidate summaries and facilitate interviews
• Help improve processes and share insights with the broader team
