Location: Remote, based anywhere in the continental U.S.

Travel: 75 to 100% travel to project sites across the lower 48 states

What You'll Do
- Support project planning, including construction sequencing, risk assessments, safety planning, and budgeting
- Assist with project cost management through procurement, cost coding, productivity tracking, subcontract administration, and purchase orders
- Promote a safe, high-quality jobsite by participating in Job Hazard Analyses, safety meetings, quality inspections, and field calculations
- Manage daily field documentation, short interval schedules, CPM schedule updates using MS Project or Primavera P6, and change order documentation
- Build strong relationships with project teams, owners, and clients to help drive successful project delivery and future business
- Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, testing and commissioning, and lessons learned reviews
What We're Looking For
- Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field through education or experience
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- OSHA safety knowledge or a willingness to learn company and client safety standards
