This is a full-time on-site position located in Fishers, Indiana with Envoy.
Technical & Project Responsibilities:
- Align project objectives, policies, and standards with corporate guidelines.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, addressing constructability and budget concerns.
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for compliance and value.
- Identify key cost, schedule variables, and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare estimates across all project stages (conceptual to CD).
- Stay current on construction technologies and participate in pre-bid activities.
Leadership & Relationship Management:
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain and develop relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Mentor junior estimators and support team development.
- Manage multiple project deliveries and prioritize urgent tasks.

Experience Needed
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years as an Estimator/Senior Estimator on $1MM-$75MM construction projects.
- Knowledge of estimating software in Destini, PlanSwift, Sage, Timberline, MC², and digital takeoff software.
- Software skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Apps required.
- Software applications: Destini, Procore, Bluebeam, and BuildingConnected are required.
- Knowledge of commercial construction materials, methods, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and team development.
- Must pass a criminal background check, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
