As a Project Engineering Intern (Summer 2025), you'll dive into the heart of groundbreaking construction projects, gaining unparalleled hands-on experience while working alongside industry experts. Imagine contributing to landmark projects that shape communities and learning the intricacies of construction management from the ground up.

At Envoy, you'll be more than just an intern—you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, immersing yourself in real-world challenges and innovations. 

This is a full-time on-site paid internship in Fishers from May 2025 to August 2025.

What you’ll do

• Attend and document construction and design meetings, including publishing meeting minutes.
• Support Project Managers with schedules, contracts, scopes of work, and permit acquisition.
• Requisition supplies and coordinate temporary site materials and equipment.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and drawing logs in Procore.
• Offer aid to multiple Project Managers, both in the office and the field, including estimating and accounting tasks.
• Contribute to project closeout by organizing O&M Manuals.

Education Needed:

• Must currently be enrolled in Construction Engineering, Building Construction Management, or a related degree.
