Each day at Envoy is a hands-on Construction Project Manager opportunity to lead meaningful construction projects that shape Indiana’s communities. From coordinating with design professionals in the morning to walking job sites by afternoon, your day is a mix of strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, and decisive action. 

You’ll oversee projects from concept to closeout, making sure everything from permits to punch lists runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. Instead, you’ll work closely with subcontractors, field staff, and clients, taking ownership and pride in each build.

Location: Fishers, IN | Full-time, on-site

Schedule: Monday through Friday | Flexible PTO

What You’ll Own

• Lead project execution, from pre-construction through warranty
• Build and manage project schedules in collaboration with field staff
• Oversee permitting, budgeting, quality control, and team supervision
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, scopes, and revisions
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, specifications, and client expectations
• Act as the go-to liaison between stakeholders, subs, and internal teams
• Tackle delays and site issues with agility and strong decision-making
• Close out projects with thorough walk-throughs and client satisfaction



Who You Are

• 5+ years of PM experience, 8+ in construction overall
• A natural leader and strong communicator
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
• Strategic thinker with a firm grip on budgets, contracts, and build logistics
• Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
