We’re looking for an Owner’s Technical Representative to join our team at Envoy in Fishers, IN. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, keeps calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys being the bridge between owners, architects, and construction crews.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for our awesome clients, keeping communication clear and projects moving forward.
- Overseeing all the big stuff: planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
- Keeping an eagle eye on compliance, safety, building codes, and quality control.
- Managing documentation, tracking progress, and reporting real-time updates.
- Reviewing construction documents, payment apps, and change orders like a pro.
- Getting ahead of risks and roadblocks with smart, strategic problem-solving.
- Leading, mentoring, and collaborating with team members to level everyone up.
- Handling multiple projects without losing your cool or your calendar.

What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience leading projects, especially in the AEC world.
- Bonus points if you’ve used Procore and worked in Owner’s Rep or PM roles.
- Deep knowledge of construction, contracts, and risk mitigation.
- Top-notch communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and stay detail-focused.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check.
