About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on, growth-minded Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive global bookings. You’ll manage and expand relationships with a worldwide network of customers, reps, and partners, using a consultative approach backed by our in-house engineering and executive team.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth: Own and execute the bookings strategy to support 30%+ YoY growth.

Use Consultative Selling: Lead discovery conversations, supported by internal technical experts, to understand customer needs and create tailored proposals.

Manage Sales Channels: Lead and motivate our global network of reps, consultants, and distributors.

Develop High-Value Accounts: Prioritize OEM opportunities with strong long-term potential ($1M+ forecast over 5 years).

Lead Campaigns and Events: Partner with marketing to boost visibility, support product launches, and coordinate trade shows and new campaigns.

Forecast & Report: Use CRM and ERP tools to manage leads, track pipeline activity, and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts.
Who You Are
- A proactive sales professional with 3+ years in B2B technical sales or sales operations, ideally with OEM or engineering-focused products.
- Confident in consultative sales techniques and skilled at building customer relationships.
- Comfortable with CRM and ERP systems—experience with Salesforce and SyteLine is a plus.
- Passionate about technology, especially mechatronics, precision systems, or related fields.
- A strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.

- A technical degree or hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or motion systems.
- Experience managing distributors or sales partners.
- Trade show or technical event planning experience.
