Account Executive
Location: East Valley and Tucson
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to support the growth of our clients IV home infusion services in the Phoenix market. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the local branch and referral sources, while also owning the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an overall business development plan to drive referral growth and market presence
- Serve as point of contact between the local branch and referral sources, including specialty physician offices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers in gastroenterology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, and related specialties
- Conduct regular outreach, presentations, and follow-ups within clinical environments to generate new business
- Manage the administrative and communication functions associated with referral development and account management
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for referred patients
- Prepare and present meeting reports, pipeline updates, and referral activity summaries
- Attend ongoing training and development programs to stay current on therapies, services, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of medical/healthcare sales experience, preferably within the IV infusion or home infusion space
- Strong experience marketing and calling into clinical environments and specialty physician offices
- Clinical candidates with an RN, BSN, or NP background will be considered, particularly with experience in:
- Gastroenterology
- Neurology
- Immunology
- Dermatology
- Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships and drive territory growth
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
