We’re looking for an experienced Escrow Officer with a proven book of business to join our growing team at one of our Valley locations.

Position Overview

As an Escrow Officer, you will manage the entire escrow process from open to close while maintaining strong relationships with your clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other partners. You’ll be supported by a seasoned escrow team and the resources of a respected, service-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the escrow process, including opening, processing, funding, and closing transactions.
• Communicate proactively with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Review contracts, title commitments, and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Disburse funds and prepare settlement statements.
• Maintain and grow your book of business through trusted client relationships and networking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Escrow Officer license required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of escrow experience.
• Existing book of business required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Strong working knowledge of title, escrow, and closing procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with escrow software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
