Your Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an autonomous practitioner delivering a high standard of OT within the organisation’s Therapy Centre.

You will work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, Home Managers and Lead Nurses to ensure the rehabilitation and therapy needs of each service user are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments, goal-setting and treatment plans
• Deliver interventions for patients with complex physical, sensory and cognitive needs
• Evaluate outcomes to ensure high-quality service and progress
• Provide clinical supervision to therapy assistants, nurses and carers
• Support the development of specialist skills within a neurological setting

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Occupational Therapist (1 year+ preferred)
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Confident working autonomously within an MDT
• HCPC registration required
