About the Client

Pioneer Talent is exclusively partnered with a fast-growing organisation that provides innovative compliance, workforce development and policy-management solutions to care providers across the UK. Their digital platform supports care homes, supported-living providers and wider social care organisations to deliver safer, higher-quality, fully compliant services.

Due to significant growth and expanding demand across the sector, they are now seeking a high-performing, hungry, results-driven Sales Manager to lead their commercial development and build strong partnerships within the adult social care market.


The Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the organisation’s market presence. You will lead on identifying new opportunities, converting prospects, building senior-level relationships, and driving subscription and contract growth across the social care sector.

This is an outstanding role for someone who is competitive, commercially sharp, and passionate about improving quality and compliance within care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth across care homes, supported living providers and wider social care organisations
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including directors, registered managers, owners and commissioners
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations/demos, proposals, negotiation and closing
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform’s compliance, training and policy-management value
  • Present consultatively, tailoring solutions to the specific regulatory and operational challenges of each prospect
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, reporting and forecasting using CRM systems
  • Support the development of sales strategy and market penetration plans
  • Attend sector events, networking sessions, forums and meetings to promote the organisation’s offer
  • Work collaboratively with onboarding and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to implementation
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform commercial strategy


Person Specification

Essential

  • Proven track record of consistent sales success — hitting and exceeding targets
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within:
  • social care,
  • health-tech,
  • compliance platforms,
  • SaaS solutions, or
  • training and workforce development services
  • Hungry, ambitious, and self-driven — thrives in a growth environment
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation ability
  • Commercially astute with strong pipeline discipline and CRM proficiency
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, owners and operational stakeholders in care
  • Ability to travel regionally/nationally for meetings and events


Desirable

  • Existing network or established relationships within the adult social care sector
  • Knowledge of compliance challenges faced by care providers (CQC, training mandates, policy governance, audit readiness)
  • Experience selling digital platforms or subscription-based services
