Registered Manager wanted for a new 3-bed intake and assessment home in Birmingham. £60,000 plus bonuses.

Help make the right decisions for children from day one — planned and emergency admissions, bridging placements and tailored care programmes.

Skills needed

•  Lead a small residential team through a new opening

•  Strong on Ofsted Quality Standards and safeguarding

•  Handle planned and emergency admissions calmly

Experience needed

•  Leadership or supervisory experience in children’s residential care

•  Level 3 Residential Childcare, Level 5 or working towards

•  Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations
