We're recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their homes — with the flexibility for the right candidate to be matched to the home that suits them best.

The role

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead a small, therapeutic Ofsted-registered home for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
• Build the service from the ground up and shape its culture and practice
• Be supported by a highly experienced, well-regarded Registered Manager with an excellent reputation
• Lead and develop a brilliant team — because a brilliant team is what's brilliant for the children in your care
• Champion child-focused, therapeutic practice at every level
• Drive quality, compliance and a positive Ofsted inspection outcome

About you
