Service Manager – Supported Accommodation (Learning Disabilities)

Reports to: Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Support Supervisors & Coordinator
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident Service Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation team, ensuring high-quality support and full compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Supervisors to deliver excellent person-centred care.
- Ensure support plans, risk assessments and reviews are up to date.
- Oversee safe medication procedures and staff competency.
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance.
- Build strong relationships with people we support, families and professionals.
- Support referral processes, audits, incident reviews and record keeping.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing and safe financial practices.
- Promote positive communication and a supportive team culture.
- Take part in on-call rota as needed.
About You
- Level 5 Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards).
- Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities.
- Supervisory/leadership experience.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident with MS Office.
- Caring, professional, and committed to Safeguarding, Equality and Confidentiality.
- Willing to complete a DBS and cover support visits when required.
