Civil Project Engineer (PE)

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Work Setting: Office-based with fieldwork as needed

Travel: Local travel for project inspections and client meetings

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 annually + discretionary bonuses + profit sharing

What You Bring

  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee civil engineering projects, including commercial, residential, and municipal developments.
  • Supervise and mentor staff engineers and drafting personnel.
  • Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with other engineering teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure project administration tasks are completed efficiently, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
