Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level – Recent Grads Welcome!)

Job Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid (remote on Mondays and Fridays)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Compensation: $65,000–$100,000 Total Earnings ($45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions) + Full Benefits Package

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential customers via phone and email (about 70 calls/day, mix of warm & cold leads).
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams, using tools like Salesforce and Outreach to build a pipeline.
